How to use

Tapioca pearls require proper cooking to achieve a chewy, Q-texture and sweet taste.


Cooking Steps
Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
Pour in the dry tapioca pearls and stir gently to prevent them from sinking and sticking to the pot.
Once the pearls float to the surface, reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot, and simmer.
Standard cooking time: 15–20 minutes
Stir occasionally during cooking to avoid clumping.

Turn off the heat, keep the lid on, and let the pearls soak for 15–20 minutes (this is the key to a fully cooked, chewy center with no white core).


Rinsing & Sweetening
Drain the cooked pearls and rinse them thoroughly with cold water to remove excess starch and stop the cooking process.
Transfer the pearls to a clean container, add an appropriate amount of fructose syrup or sugar water, and stir gently to coat evenly.
This prevents sticking and adds sweetness.

Let the pearls marinate in the syrup for 10–15 minutes before use.


Serving & Dosage
Standard serving: 40–60g of cooked tapioca pearls per 500ml drink.
Add the pearls to the bottom of the cup first, then pour in the prepared milk tea, fruit tea or other beverages.
Best served fresh for optimal texture.
