How to use

Basic Brewing Method (for Bubble Tea Base)


Prepare materials:Use hot water at 85–95℃ and follow the ratio of 1:30–1:50 (tea leaves:water) (e.g., 20g tea leaves with 600–1000ml hot water).


Steep the tea:Put tea leaves into a teapot/tea filter, pour in hot water and steep for 7-15 minutes.


Filter and cool:Quickly filter out the tea leaves to stop steeping, then cool the tea base to room temperature,Put in proportioned ice cubes


Make beverages:Mix the brewed tea base with milk, syrup, fruit puree or other ingredients to make milk tea, fruit tea and other bubble tea drinks.
